Andor is a medical doctor specialized in psychiatry. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Szeged, Hungary and worked as a clinician for eight years. He also studied quality system management at the University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary and health economics and health care management at the University of Szeged and at the Centre for Health Economics, University of York, UK. He is a Certified Quality System Manager and Quality Auditor. He was involved in large academic research and health care management projects and is trained and experienced in the field of risk management.

He founded Baláti CRO with Beáta Baláti in 2004 and they have run it together since then. Andor has been involved in clinical trials as an investigator, as clinical monitor and lately as project and quality manager and auditor. Andor has an extensive experience and deep insight into all major aspects of clinical trial organization, conduct and management including clinical evaluation of medical devices.
